Where Do You Ship?

This is the Diamant Canada website. Yes, we now deliver directly in Canada so you avoid paying tariffs and higher shipping fees.

Customs?

Nope!

We brought Diamant to Canada so you can pay smaller shipping fees and avoid cross-boarder customs!

Address change?

Address change?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect
addresses provided by the customer. If your bag was shipped to the
incorrect address, please contact the shipping company with your
tracking number to arrange pickup. We will not be able to make this
adjustment for you.

If you notice that your address is wrong, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address. You will NOT be eligible for a refund due to address related issues.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process orders and ship them by the next business day if ordered prior to 5pm EST.

However, at times it may take 2 - 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping.
This does not apply to any items on pre-order.

Do you do returns?

Yes. Please see our Canadian return policy here.

Is there a warranty?

Frankly,we don’t believe in warranties. No one ever remembers to register and
there are always limitations. Here’s our promise to you: if a manufacturing issue arises just reach out to us and we will work to make you whole.

Please note that user error and regular wear and tear are not covered by our Diamant Guarantee.

Our Diamant Guarantee covers instances such as:

- Defective zippers
- Ripped seams not stemming from travel
- Fabric tears that make the product not function properly not caused by travel
- Broken hooks

Damage stemming from travel is not covered under warranty. Our bags are built
without any compromise, but travel related wear & tear is common across the industry.

To redeem a warranty, you have to be the one that purchased the product, or in the case of a gift, the original
recipient. Please fill out our contact form and a member of our team will reach out and request extra information.

If your claim is covered, we will do our best to take care of you. Warranty claims are
reviewed at the sole discretion of Diamant Skiing LLC.

Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in North America and handcrafted by master sewers in Vietnam.

Sustainability and Ethics

All Diamant Skiing products are made without animal products. We use only trusted and ethical manufacturers that comply with global ethics standards.

We are actively working to reduce our carbon footprint and become B Corp certified.
