SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Weekend Warrior and XL orders within Canada. If you require express shipping, please contact us at CustomerCare@PodiumImports.ca to discuss rates. Shipping to destinations outside of Canada is not available through this site. If you are interested in an international order, please visit DiamantGear.com
**Please be advised that our office is closed for all weekends and statutory holidays (once the snow flies, 20cm+ rule also applies🌨️❄️). Orders placed during these times will be shipped the next business day.
RETURNS
Return Policy
We want to make sure you love your Diamant Skiing gear just as much as we do — which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on 100% unused items for the first 15 days after purchase*.
We ask that you avoid “change of mind” returns. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions and we will be able to address them. We can explain how the bag fits, relative weight, boot sizing, and a lot more - we know our bags well.
We will not offer returns due to boot size issues, but you may request an exchange. We know if your boot will fit (if we are wrong, we will of course take care of you).
Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of Delivery or we will not be able to offer a refund.
We will only accept returns and exchanges on items that are completely unused and in all original packaging. Any visible damage will not be accepted. We will not make exceptions.
To complete your return, contact us at customercare@podiumimports.ca for a return authorization number before sending your item back. Your refund will be processed once the goods are received.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not able to guarantee the return of the product when it is in the carrier's hands, we will only be able to resume responsibility for the item once it has been delivered to us.
